Justin Jump has been a part of TREA since 2009. Starting as a member of local Chapter 39 in Aurora, Colo., and holding many key positions to include,  1st, 2nd, and 3rd Vice President not to mention being a 2-year Director. On the national governing body, Justin was voted as National President and served from 2020 to 2022.  He served as both Immediate Past National President  and 2nd Vice President from 2022 to 2024.  Justin was once again elected by the TREA membership to serve as National President on 2024 - being the first TREA National President to serve in two inconsecutive terms.  In addition to his position of National President, Justin serves as the Chair on the Legislative Committee, and the Annual Membership Meeting Committee.  He has chaired multiple committees in the past, such as:  the Awards Committee, the Membership Committee and the Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee. Justin continuously serves in the Air Force, Air National Guard of Rhode Island, as a Federal Technician assignment to Joint Force Headquarters Air, Camp Fogarty, Rhode Island. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Norwich University, VT, and a bachelor’s degree in political science, legal studies from University of Wisconsin, Whitewater, WI.  

Garry Turks

Garry Turks joined TREA in 2004 and is a proud Member at Large. He has served on the Board numerous times and always enjoys the opportunity to be the National Chaplain. Mr Turks retired from the United States Marine Corps in 1985 and served in the Vietnam War. Garry holds a B.S. degree in Mortuary science from USC Southern California, a Masters in Mortuary Science from UCLA and a Masters of Theology from Georgetown University. He resides in Denver Colorado with his lovely wife of more than 50 years.

Doug is a proud life member of TREA.  He has been active both at the national and chapters level.  Although a 'Member-at-Large, Doug has provided IT assistance to various TREA Chapters.  Doug is currently the Chairman of the IT Committee and the Scholarship Committee.  Doug retired from the United States Air Force in 1998.

Ron joined TREA through the NAUS integration in 2018.  He was voted onto the National Board in 2024 

Kyle Carpenter

Kyle Carpenter joined TREA in 2013.  Kyle is a member of Chapter 39 in Aurora, CO.  On the national governing body, Kyle currently serves as Treasurer.  Kyle is currently serving in the Arkansas Air National Guard on active duty.  He holds a master’s degree in Maters of Business Administration with an emphasis in  Healthcare from University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management  from University of Phoenix.  Kyle also obtained his Community College of the Air Force  associate’s degree in Human Resource.

Charlie Flowers

Charlie Flowers joined TREA in 1984. He is a member of Chapter 3 in Aurora, Colorado and was the Chapter President from 1989-1990. Charlie was TREA National President from 2008-2010 and has also served on the TSCL Board as Secretary and Vice Chairman. He retired from the United States Air Force after 21 years in 1984 as Master Sergeant. Charlie attended the  Community College of Air Force and Los Angeles City College for Aviation Administration and Airline Transport as a Licensed Pilot. He is an FAA certified flight instructor on multiple types of planes. Charlie has called Denver, Colorado home since 1980.
